Messages works flawlessly as well: directly from a received email or SMS text message, you can hit “Schedule Reply” in the menu and schedule a reply to be sent out at a certain time. This also works for forwarding messages, of course.

At 11:00pm, a business e-mail comes in, although you know the answer right away, nevertheless, you do not want to reply instantly, to show your business partner that you are giving some thought into it before you reply.
